My intention as an Integrative Skin Therapist is always to support you in feeling confident in the relationship you have with the inner and outer layers of your skin and Self.

Sarah Bradley
Founder, Integrative Skin Therapist

We can work together to promote the health of your skin as a responsive organ to what’s going on deeper down and listen to the stories we hold in our tissues from past messages and experiences. My treatments use a range of adaptive tools and techniques depending on what you need throughout your natural cycles of skin regeneration and Self reflection.

I lean on a variety of tools and methods that I have built into my practice over my years of study and absorption of techniques I believe are beneficial for overall health.  Your skin will not always respond to the same products or treatment on a continued basis. My integrative approach reflects the waves of change our skin and Self goes through aiming to suit your needs as they present in the moment.

Core treatment offerings come from my intentional practice incorporating lymphatic drainage, honey-tapping, acupressure points and sculpting fascial massage. With the power of touch for connection at the deepest level, we can see a positive outcome and give your skin the best look and feel of radiance inside and out.

Using appropriate seed-to-skin products that are specifically selected for your lifestyle wants and needs, I combine natural formulations as well as education around more modern choices that lead you to understanding your layers by deepening knowledge of your skin’s own individual environmental needs.

Acceptance of where you are at right now with your skin and Self, all are welcome in my studio, free of judgment and full of curiosity and support.

Whatever, your past habits, your current opinions, your future goals, your sense of what you need or don’t.  All you have to do is make the appointment and show up and we’ll take it from there.

Five practices to live the Wylde Way

Water Intake

This is probably the single most important thing you can do for your skin and Self. Keeping your cells and tissues hydrated to allow them to function with ease is an easy place to start.

No picking

Picking your skin throws off its natural rest and repair cycle and it is more than likely to lead to slowing or disrupting the healing process potentially leaving scarring. Picking a spot is creating an opening in your skin barrier welcoming in pathogens, potentially leading to infection.

Daily Facial Massage

This is practice serves so many elements by connecting to skin and Self in a mindful moment as well as supporting circulation and lymphatic flow which is necessary for optimal skin health.

Movement

Our body systems needs this and it can come in all forms. Whether it’s a community class or a solo walk or cycle ride, kitchen dance party, lymphatic tapping, shaking or jumping. Whatever your comfort and capability levels get moving and grooving for as little as a few minutes a day.

Sleep Hygiene & Sleep & Parasympathetic Rest

The most vital stage in a daily cycle where our body and mind rest does the most regeneration and recovery. Finding your circadian rhythm and getting in tune with schedule and routine can help with any feelings of disharmony in our physical and emotional wellbeing.
