I encourage clients to book for a First Time Facial Treatment if you are seeing me for the first time for overall skin and Self soothing. If you are experiencing tension in your shoulder and neck area but usually receive a body massage, my Whole Being Facial Treatment is consciously designed to really address this concern so I encourage you to be open minded to receive this.
If you feel you are in need of mid or lower back releasing too, I recommend adding a 30min BodyWork to enhance this.

I have been certified in pre-natal massage since 2009 and continue to educate myself in mind and body changes throughout stages of pregnancy that may occur so I can best support you. Receiving a nurturing touch when you are nurturing new life is a wonderful exchange. Please make me aware of your health and whole being needs when booking for a Holistic BodyWork Massage or Whole Being Facial Treatment.

Please aim to arrive 5-10minutes before your appointment time, this allows a moment to settle in and make yourself comfortable in the space and calibrate from anything you might have been doing in the lead up to your appointment time.
The treatment times I share on my treatment menu are intended as hands on time outside of consultation and decompress time. Please build this into your awareness of time expected to be in the studio.

If you know you are going to arrive after your scheduled appointment time due to travel issues, please try to call me or send an email or message via text or instagram to let me know.

If you have an appointment booked I will always be at my studio ready to welcome you. If you need to come with someone for any physical assistance, please share this when you book in and I can support you in this.

Yes absolutely! Custom Facial oils are a great way of supporting your skin in a bespoke way and ensuring that you are using something that is best suited for you at different seasons and cycles of your skin.

I do use some products that contain honey and beeswax but I always check this during the consultation and I have alternative choices to support your values.

If you have a severe nut allergy especially, please do share this when booking an appointment so I can prepare the space ahead of time for you. For other known allergies or intolerances that might occur in plant based skin and body care, please share this when booking your appointment.

It’s best to avoid any direct heat for your skin for the next 24hours. All my carefully chosen products are safe for sensitive skin but massage-led treatments are stimulating and soothing for your cardiovascular system so its not encouraged to create more heat in the body where we have already. Overall it’s best to or anything too strenuous on the mind and body to allow the benefits your nervous system has received to truly integrate.

We will spend time going through any skin concerns and history of use of products and ingredients in the consultation to discuss any concerns. I will always send a follow up email after any Facial Treatment for guidance on what to expect after and how to care for your skin. If you feel that you have had a reaction to a product in particular during the treatment, please let me know as soon as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email when booking an appointment which will include a link for an option to reschedule the time for you within the cancellation policy window.

I have a consideration of 48hours for a cancellation where needed, for this notice there will be no charge and we can find a time together to re-book that works best for you.
For cancellations within 24 - 48 hours, a payment request of 50% is requested from you and I will send an e-payment link for this cover. If you wish to gift your appointment time to another to not lose the time, this is of course possible and I would be happy to receive a change of name or treatment in this case.
For any no-show appointments, 100% of the treatment cost will be requested via an e-payment link.
